My name is Jerald Stinnett. I am the owner of Stinnett Home Inspection. I live in the great town of Paradise. I am a professional home inspector who is licensed through the Texas Real Estate Commission. My license number is 8482. I have been inspecting homes since July 2005. During this time, I have inspected over 5900 homes and the number increases each week. I have been married for 36 years and have 2 wonderful children, a pretty good son in law, and an awesome 3 year old grandson who is not spoiled at all.

I am a Christian man and I am not ashamed of my beliefs. I am thankful that Jesus died on the cross for all our sins. I don't judge people, that is up to God. I do love people and try to let His light shine through me. Before every inspection, I pray over the home and ask God to give me a sharp eye and mind during the inspection.
